polyn.function method for sat.curve approximation

The question is about the asynchronous machine and saturation effect. Does anyone know how the coeffiecients of the fifth degree polynomial function are calculated through the measurements Vll_noload, Il_noload?

use curve fitting toolbox to determined coefficients of nonlinear characteristic.
