What do I need to install Matlab web Apps in my university server?

Hello. I am trying to find out how to install Matlab Web Apps in a server within my academic institution. I've phone Matlab and they've told me that my academic institution should apply for it. I've talked to my academic institution and they have no idea what matlab is talking about. Am I going mad? Thanks.

If your institution has Campus-Wide License and MATLAB Web App Server is included, you might ask the license admin to request permissions of the license file.
