amplitude coefficient of 4x4 planar antenna array

Please I need your help!
I am trying to find the amplitude coefficient of 4x4 planar antenna array. attached is the code I am using. the problem is I need the maximum to be at theta 30 degree. also I attached the second code to plot the results.
