hi, i want to know if it's possible to use the arduino library for a attiny85? I search a way for program my attiny85 with Simulink. I have a USBasp and i want with that programming my attiny85.

No worries you can consider making your MATLAB programm as if you intend it for an Arduino board, then use the MATLAB GCC code converter to generate the C++ code which you can use directly with CodeBlocks or Arduino IDE
