Arduino Due and Simulink - DC motor control

I am working on the DC motor control using relay feedback technique. And I am planning to do this using Arduino and Simulink. Can anyone provide me with a relevant block diagram that i can use just to turn on and off the motor using PWM supprt for arduino (Using Simulink).

Did you try the PID example that ships with the support package for Arduino ?
