xPC target and ARM Cortex

I have a question if there exists xPC target based on ARM Cortex? How can be xPC target ported to ARM Cortex?

There isn't one for ARM architecture. xPC target (Now Simulink Real-Time) is currently supported only for PC compatible architectures.

Does it mean that the Simulink Real Time (xPC target) can be ported to a new platform by Mathworks only? What and how should I follow to have own customized "Simulink Real Time" on my platform or is it possible to do it?
