Index of fuzziness in fuzzy c-means

I'm going through this code for fuzzy c-means. I'm trying to modify the value of the fuzzifier (m) in the code, but the code seems a bit complex for me, and not able to figure where I can change this parameter. More information about fuzzy c-means can be found here .

So, do you know how I can modify this parameter in the code?
