MCR 8.2 deployment of UI using instrument control toolbox "Unable to load ni GPIB interface"

Hello All, I have an application (UI) using the gpib function of the instrument control toolbox. The vendor of the gpib interface is NI. The function is gpib('ni', 0, 6), the board index and primary addresses are correct. The UI has previously been deployed as a standalone tool using MCR 7.16 (R2011b) without any issues in the past. However, the same UI compiled with MCR 8.2 (2013b) does not work when deployed; the following error is displayed "Unable to load ni GPIB interface. Please check that the necessary drivers are installed on your machine". The tool works if compiled with MCR 7.16. The latter confirms that the NI drivers have been updated and installed correctly on the machine. I am not sure if this is an issue with MCR 8.2 (R2013b).

Have you checked the bug reports for Instrument Control Toolbox 3.4 ?
