How can I characterize a hydraulic performance?

How can I characterize hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump using simulink simscape. It is giving me an error: Provided 'Pa' and 'm' are not commensurate. I have changed all the units in the reservoir, and the needle valve, yet the same error keep occurring when i run the simulation. How do I avoid this error and the constant zero flow rate.
