How do I count pixels between two point along a curved path?

 I have an image with binary numbers(0,1),which contain lots of curved path.I have to count the number of pixels between two point along the curve. Is there a method to find the number of pixels along a curve?

I don't quite understand the question If it is what I think you are trying to say, maybe you can first filter all pixels that are not between those 2 (with clever indexing) and then use regionprops to tell you the area of the white pixels.
