Absolute time temporal value shorter than sampling period

Diagnostic action to take when a time value shorter than the sample time is detected

Model Configuration Pane: Diagnostics

Description

The Absolute time temporal value shorter than sampling period parameter specifies the diagnostic action to take when a state or transition absolute time operator uses a time value that is shorter than the sample time for the Stateflow® block. Stateflow cannot update states in smaller increments than the sample time for the block. For example, a model with a sample rate of 0.1 sec and an operator after(5,usec) triggers this diagnostic. If this parameter is set to warning or none, then the operator is evaluated as true at every time step.
