We're looking for a proactive, highly energetic senior marketer to play a crucial role in defining and executing marketing strategies for target, key customer accounts across various industries in Central Europe. This role focuses on account-based and large named account marketing activities and campaigns, increasing brand awareness, engaging new prospects, and nurturing existing customer relationships. 

Verantwortlichkeiten

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with the Named/Key Industry account team to plan and execute customer engagement strategies, including direct interactions with key contacts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns, utilizing digital, event, social media, and other tactics.
  • Craft customer-specific marketing strategies and plans for large and named account sales territories across industries such as Machinery, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and Medical.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Global ABM, Sales, Technical Engineering, and more to support key accounts’ strategic objectives and product needs.
  • Tailor value propositions, tactics, and messages based on customer insights to enhance upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support sales prospecting within target accounts and analyze the impact of marketing activities to achieve account goals.
  • Lead Key Account Marketing efforts, including community building, L&D promotion, and developing deep engagements.

Mindestqualifikationen

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

  • What We're Looking For:

    • A curiosity-driven individual with a keen interest in customers’ business needs, technology trends, and product usage.
    • Fluent in both English and German.
    • Experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement/Customer Service within international B2B or software companies.
    • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and understand marketing and sales data.
    • Hands-on and strategic mindset.
    • Background in Product/Technical Marketing or direct technical customer interactions is a plus.
    • Experience with Key Account Marketing/ABM tactics and implementing new processes/methodologies is desirable.
    • ITSMA (or equivalent) Marketing Campaigns Model certification is a plus.
