How can I get my Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 version to be listed in the compiler list when I run the command "mex -setup"?

Presently only the following compiler choices are being listed with the "mex -setup" command:
[1] Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 in C:\MATLAB\R2015A~1\sys\lcc
[2] Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 in c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0
[0] None
We need to use Matlab with Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 version. We are using Matlab R2015ax32

Could you confirm that you are referring to Visual Studio 2013 ? That version should be supported for R2015a when properly installed.
Please show the output of
mex -v -setup
