NB the optional second output. There's no absolute guarantee, but there's the place to start; if the underlying program in the .bat file is well-formed, then maybe you'll get the desired output back...

Τhis file(.bat) contents numbers..i believe i have to use the '!' but i dont know the way to do it ..

If it's not executing anything, why is it called a .bat file? (Not that the content really matters by the name but it's peculiar).

If it is simply is the input data, then just open it like any other text data file and read the contents. What, specifically, would depend on the format of the data, but try just

dat=importdata('yourfilename');

and see if magic ensues.

sorry about my imprecision. Βy the file .bat are done the calculations.My inetion is to run the .bat file from matlab and take the results which are numbers in matlab(tables).
