Getting matlab to plot graphs

I've got this equation:
Pvent=Pcw+Pe+Py;
Pcw, Pe and Py are all dependant on the variable r nad Pvent can be any value from -4 to 4.
How do i get it to solve that equation for various Pvent and then to plot graphs of Pvent vs. r or Pvent vs. Pcw etc?
