Using simulink blocks i need to create a logic in such a way that when a pulse width exceed the maximum value ,it should be limited to maximum value other wise it width should remain the same ?

Using simulink blocks i need to create a logic in such a way that when a pulse with varying pulse width exceed a certain maximum pulse width ,it should be limited to maximum value other wise its width should remain the same ie no change. I tried using AND and OR blocks but didn't get satisfactory result.
