Why matlab does not display the scatter plot of the received signal ?

Hi there!

I'm doing a project related to LDPC coding .When i followed instruction in this side

step by step,but in the end,matlab didn't automatically comes up to display the scatter plot of the received signal (as the image show in this site).i don't know why?.

Please help me
